Dog Desk Radio is committed to broadcasting in a manner that is not harmful or unfair. We believe that we achieve this. However if you feel we are not getting this right please let us know. We always appreciate feedback from listeners.

If you are ever not satisfied with our service you may approach us with a formal complaint which will be taken very seriously & dealt with in a professional manner as quickly as we can.

In the first instance email bark@dogdesknews.co.uk putting Complaint in the email subject. Please may we have your name & contact information, the reason for your complaint & tell us what content you found objectionable. Please tell us the date & time of the material you are complaining about.

Your complaint will be brought to the station managers attention who will respond to you within 5 days at most. 

Our listeners are very important to us & we want you to be happy with our broadcasts so will strive to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
If however you are not satisfied please indicate to us that you would like to escalate your complaint to the station owner who will respond to you within 7 days.
